The Pilates Method of body conditioning is a unique system of exercise designed to stretch and strengthen by focusing on the major muscles of the body the abdominals, buttocks and lower back often termed, "The Powerhouse." The Pilates Method is a time-tested system of exercise proven to: improve posture, build strength and flexibility and increase body awareness and coordination. * Duet and Trio sessions are granted at the discretion of the studio owner. |
