The Pilates Method of body conditioning is a unique system of exercise designed to stretch and strengthen by focusing on the major muscles of the body – the abdominals, buttocks and lower back – often termed, "The Powerhouse." The Pilates Method is a time-tested system of exercise proven to: improve posture, build strength and flexibility and increase body awareness and coordination.
