• New clients... please arrive 15 minutes early to first class or session.

• All clients... give more than 24 hours notice for any schedule change or session cancellation to avoid charge.

• Platinum Pilates is closed some federal holidays and follows Virginia Beach Public Schools for weather-related cancellations.

Monday: 7pm
Tuesday: 9am and 7pm
Wednesday: 7pm
Thursday: 9am
Saturday: 9am



Open Studio Hours*
Monday - Thursday: 7am - 12pm & 2pm - 8pm
Friday: 7am - 12pm
Saturday: 9am - 12pm

*Open studio privileges are granted on an individual basis to those who are attending individual sessions at least once monthly.
