The Tower Class
A 50-minute workout, the Tower class focuses on using all the wall unit has to offer! The Tower class is a 6-week course with a limit of 3 clients per group, providing semi-private instruction. This class adds variety to your mat work while exploring new movement with pilates equipment. The cost for this 6-week course is $180.00. Contact us for more information.
